Seasonal Clothing Categories...

We have everyday, formal, athletic, sleep, party, swimwear, hot and cold. I'm not going to go into CAS every time a season changes and update my sim's wardrobe. Including seasons as categories we can plan out the outfits so they make sense for the season. It will also let us utilize more of the clothing from all the packs.

Indoor and outdoor categories would be nice also. I would be more inclined to use hats and sunglasses if my sims didn't have to wear them inside also.

Indoor Spring: everyday, formal, athletic, sleep, party, swimwear.

Outdoor Spring: everyday, formal, athletic, sleep, party, swimwear.

Indoor Summer: everyday, formal, athletic, sleep, party, swimwear.

Outdoor Summer: everyday, formal, athletic, sleep, party, swimwear.

Indoor Fall: everyday, formal, athletic, sleep, party, swimwear.

Outdoor Fall: everyday, formal, athletic, sleep, party, swimwear.

Indoor Winter: everyday, formal, athletic, sleep, party, swimwear.

Outdoor Winter: everyday, formal, athletic, sleep, party, swimwear.

    I agree.

Outdoor jogging when it rains or snows need different outfits than indoor Gym workout.

Same problem with wedding happening indoor or outdoor (parc, beach, ...)

  • I would love the option to trigger inside wear vs outside wear, the same as we can with shoes.  That could cover things like hats, gloves, coats and possibly sunglasses (I'm not sure how that would work with sims wearing regular glasses).  I think something like a coat rack with options would be ideal.

  • Having an indoor vs outdoor option is genius, I never thought of that. But yes, that's exactly what we need and would fix for example the cold weather category.
