Household relationships

Can we get more options for how a sim can be related when creating in cas

cousin

uncle/ auntie

step dad/ biological dad / adopted dad

half brother/sister

grandmudda/ grandfather 

and can we get the option to edit relationships of sims in other households without having to put them into the same household first 

e.g. to make sims cousins you’ve gotta make sisters in one household , move one out then make the cousin. Which is long. Can we just edit it from the family tree and click add family  relationship and see the full list of sims in the world like you do when you’re making an event.
