Seed packs does still not contain actual seeds, but rather the whole darn plants

No i am not using mods, All the seed packs contains the whole plant rather than a seed for it, you can buy a seed pack and use the "seeds" as active ingredients for your food, this is a problem which have been since sims 4 released, and it have never been adressed.
