Does anyone else think that it would be pretty cool if there were a pack or option to have the grass grow in the green months requiring lawn care and such?! I was just thinking about this and it would be different to have to keep up with your lawn and make it challenging. Could fire someone to do it, or your sim would have to find time to do that task as well. Just a thought!
I was thinking of this idea quite recently. If you hired a gardener to tend to your plants, they could easily take care of the lawn, as well. And if Seasons is installed, the grass could dry out and go brown which would require additional care.
Yes it would be pretty cool if that happened. Just added gameplay. I see that there’s a landscaper part time job too!
This has been proposed as a potential pack feature in recent surveys. Hopefully the Sims team has seen some interest for it. I would be interested in this feature.
If they add lawn care, I hope they also add a Roomba vacuum type of lawn mower, for those of use who don't want to hire a Gardner or mow their own lawn. Also, they need to make the grass compatible with all the farm animals, if we have chickens or goats, they could help keep the lawn in check by grazing on it and we could feed them the grass that we cut.
