Set Business Hours - Auto Open & Close Vets, Retail, Restaurant, etc

Just had an idea that maybe any who owns multiple businesses would like to see happen.  I thought it would be cool if they added a feature to allow you to set business hours for your retail, restaur...

Absolutely needed, imo.

Aside: Instead of getting us closer to working SIM-CITIES it's always a step backwards.

Establishing persistent automated COMMERCIAL (as well as INDUSTRY, FOOD...) seems a must have feature if we are to expand game-play towards functioning cities and give Sims MEANING.  A reason to have powerful specialized SIMS operating them for maximum potential.

Setting Operating Hours and setting the default task for each employee would be nice.
