So I think it's unrealistic that all Sick Sims do is take medication and nap to feel better I get it but I would also like to have another option for Sick Sims to be Sick for two or three days like have a sick day from School and Job and have a doctor's note, Also bring back Grandma's chicken noodle soup from Sims 2. Also lay in bed or lay on couch. Have a thermometer and ice pack, heating pad, tissue box. Introduce Oranges.
Having Grandma’s chicken soup would be a lovely and comforting way for sims to recover from being sick @Briana2526 🙂

Yeah but I want a reason to grow oranges in the garden we can't grow oranges.
Lately my Sims have been sick for a couple of days. It's taken a few attempts at medicine for them to get better. I've been wondering if it had been tuned or if it was a bug in my game. A "bug bug" if you will. 😂
But adding new things to the game to mitigate the effects is an interesting idea. Even if the Sim is just injured, from a fall or over exercise. There are some remedies in Snowy Escape but with some injuries the Sim is just in pain for a few hours. I like the idea of heat pads. I have to wear an activated charcoal heat patch on my back every day, something like that would be cool for when a Sim is injured.
Some of the Outdoor Retreat remedies help with some maladies too like Tummy Therapy, Soothing Skin Balm and Destressing Decoction, but not all Sims have those as it's not a regular hobby. So I sell them in a retail store.
That's awesome I mean I know about the Sims getting I think it's a bug as well because they get sick out of the blue I'm just like how then when they are cured they get sick again.
