More Common Surgery/Injury Scars

Hi Sims Family! I've been playing Sims since 2001 and have never stopped. Every Christmas eve I continue my parents' tradition of giving me a new CD to download and get a new expansion pack. ANYWAYS. My partner, mother, and myself have gone through many surgeries that are very common. Laproscoptomies, back surgeries (saw another post advocating for spinal surgery scars) and heart surgeries. These scars would also include common athletic injuries, and maybe even those that are from self harm, pending ESRB rating. I'm so proud of The Sims for including a c-section and breast removal scars but then we have a dozen options for moles (again, appreciated!!!). Can't we have more representation of our trophies that prove we survived?!

    More scars would be great.  It bothers me that so many of the scars are locked behind the werewolf pack, which I don't own.

    If you have the Business and Hobbies pack, you can use the tattoo option to add scars, moles, and other marks to your sims. You could probabaly find on the gallery what you are looking for.
