Sims 4- can i change the font colour

Hi, I struggle to read the white on blue due to sight issues and also I'm partially colourblind and so I honestly cannot read it and have to get someone to read it all for me. So is there a way to change the font or background colour of popups and notifications?

    @xxCocoXoX Not without mods. There are some mods that change UI font and colour, but they tend to focus on things other than text colour. It's also important to know that they often are broken by game updates and you can end up waiting for them to be updated.
