Sims 4 events

Hey! So the last event with the time traveler wasn’t complete-able for me. Which is a bummer since I wanted to unlock all of the things for my account. It was broken and I couldn’t get help or fix it before the event ended. 

I know there’s the new nature event- has anyone else experienced something like that with this one? I don’t want to put time into it again just to not be able to complete it to no fault of my own.
