I love your idea for a mega builders kit (hopefully with matching and complimentary swatches and styles that work with existing game swatches).
as for micro transactions… that was sims 3! But now it feels that is the direction sims 4 is going (shopping cart in game already). I definitely will never buy any micro-transaction. Sims 4 is already overpriced for what each pack provides: in Australia, kits are now $7.95, stuff packs $14.95, game packs $29.95 and expansion packs are $49.95… That’s a lot of money if you paid full price for them all! So, while the staff creating the content do some fabulous work, for EA to then try to “compete” with the many super-talented CC and mod creators who regularly fix issues years before EA does!?! and seriously appallingly to try to charge for individual items on top of buggy glitchy game-breaking packs… No Thanks!
