Sims 4: large russia themed expansion pack suggestion

I would like to see a russian themed expansion pack... introducing a russia inspired snowy world, with new traditional russain inspired clothing, cultural interactions, landscapes, music, dances, build mode things. It would introduce a new transportation and skill called sleighs & the sleighing skill. Slieghs are pulled by a wild animal called reindeer. Wild reindeer can be found in a wildlife preserve which is a new kind of lot type. You can own and tame some if you have a paperwork licence. After this you will be given a unique stable called a large reindeer shed  that will be in added to your buildmode invitory. It's like the horse bed. A Universal lot trait challenge is avalible called reindeer hotspot as well as a new lot universal lot trait called reindeer moss. Reindeer moss is a well moss that will grow naturally on the ground of the lots that have the reindeer moss lot trait. Reindeer hotspot means reindeer visit that lot quite requiently. The reindeer shed can hold up to 8 reindeer and can be seen in them. Reindeer will push their snout against snow looking for reindeer moss. Aditionally you can find shed reindeer antleers around winterfest and other parts of the year if you have seasons installed. If you have horse ranch installed you can attach horses to your sleigh instead of reindeers. There are two genders of reindeer bull and cow reindeer. Bull reindeer to get into an antler fight occationally. You can also find reindeer fawns. If you are lucky you can find a special kind of magical reindeer version called a mythical reindeer. This reindeer has a white fog aura and can speak. Best i could think of to help give some idea inspiration to you guys on the sims 4 development to. It's up to you really. But i would love to see this. But it does have a few facts from what i know. Reindeer are a big part of russian culture. They use them as pets and transportation, hince the sleigh and slieghing part mentioned. Can have one driver and  and two others. I think. Also slieghs are always pulled. Just a suggestion for a future expansion pack. You can adjust and develop this in however you wish to do it in a respectful way.
