Sims 4 Multiplayer or Online

Add an Online Multiplayer Option to The Sims 4

I would LOVE to see EA add an online multiplayer option to The Sims 4 without requiring players to purchase an entirely new Sims game.

Many longtime Sims 4 players have spent hundreds of dollars over the years purchasing expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs, kits, and other content. Starting over with a new Sims game just to have an online experience would be extremely frustrating and expensive for the players who have already invested so much into The Sims 4.

Instead, I think The Sims 4 should receive an optional online/multiplayer mode where players could invite friends or other players into their existing worlds and play together. Imagine being able to visit a friend's household, build together, go to community lots together, have Sims interact with each other's Sims, or simply play in the same world while each person controls their own household.

It could even be an optional feature that players can turn on or off, so people who prefer the traditional single-player experience can continue playing exactly as they do now.

Please consider giving the millions of existing Sims 4 players the ability to experience the game together online without having to abandon everything we've already purchased and built.

We have invested years of time, creativity, and money into our Sims 4 worlds. Give us a way to share them with each other!
