Sims 4 Weather Suggestion - Blackout Lot Trait

we know that electrical powerouts happen in real life.  When there is a lightning storm or a snow storm, power does go out.  It would have been nice if the devs added that to the Lots Challenge Trait. that way, the person has the option of opting out or in Blackout trait.

Also on the temperature thermostat, they should have added auto temperature change.  today's thermostats have that auto; maybe as an upgrade.  Another words, if it is cold, the thermostat will change to heat.  when it is hot, it will change to cold.
