Sims close their umbrella to use their cell phone and are exposed to the rain!

Seriously, I can't stand this anymore. Not only do Sims use their cell phones ALL THE TIME, they also close their umbrellas when they're in the drizzle/rain/storm. Basically, they're walking around ...

@SimsTime OMG! Yes, this whole phone thing is really killing the game play experience. It's hard enough to see this happening in real life. Do we need this in the game too?
