Here is Who Else Should Use the Bay Window Besides Sims

What Kinds of things Should They Be Doing at the Window?

  • Bark or Meow at Something Seen Outside 
  • Be Petted 
  • Cats "Make Biscuits" on the Seat Cushion and Purr
  • Cats who get the "zoomies" run around and jump on and off quickly  
  • Dogs who are larger have a chance to start Snoring when Napping here 
  • Nap 
  • Play with a Toy
  • Roll Around
  • Stand Looking Out the Window

    Redrogue60​ While we can't currently do these things, I make decorative ones by using small sections of platform. The new glass walls make them easier (although they can be placed around regular windows) and they can be a really nice feature. I use the platform section to make a functional windowsill or a decorative windowseat with throw pillows. With the glass walls you can also fit a window around a corner loveseat or sectional sofa to make a little windowseat.

    I'd love more throw pillows including flatter seating pillows. There are some in debug and Little Campers but I'd like some more in neutral tones and I'd love more stained glass. I like the idea of different things to do with windows suggested here, it's already possible to admire the view with one of the City Living windows so why not expand on that with more window interactions. It would definitely be appropriate to get cats on windowsills, mine is obsessed with windows. He's left tiny noseprints all over the glass and falls asleep there overnight sometimes 😸.

    Oh my gosh yes! The one thing I dislike is having to make my own window seats as the sims ones aren't functional this would be a great add to the base game.

    I'm not a fan of make do solutions. But thank you very much for the suggestion. It was very thought out.

    I stopped short of making any suggestions as it pertains to windows but I like the idea of having pets leave nose prints. mine do as well. Kudos
