Soulmates to recognize each other after rebirth

I have had soulmate sims who I rebirthed with the intention of reconnecting but they had no recognition of each other in any way. It would be great to have soulmates rebirth and have a familiar connection (in a similar way as family) with each other after rebirth and then have a soulmates reconnected sentiment or something once they have entered into a romantic relationship with each other as teens.  Thanks
