Still only 1 changing table slots a trashcan

I really like a lot of stuff with the new nursery kit, except for the fact that we STILL only have one changing table that slots a trashcan, and it's not even a base game changing table! I was hoping I could at LEAST enjoy the new nursery kit without worrying about my sims throwing diapers all over the floor. Can I move it to the trashcan myself or make the sim do it? Yes, but we've already seen it automated, so why can't we do the same with the remaining tables? Why only one?
