Like seriously.
I've stopped playing because of this... Didn't bought the last last pack either.
The game is unplayable as it is. Kills any enjoyment from it.
And side question : is there an actual support mail, rather than chat.
I would like to point at that reddit thread too :
Full-screen ads in the main menu of The Sims 4 have become a nightmare. Every day, when I open the game, I have to deal with the pack promotion ad, as well as the event ad (which I have already completed). The situation has reached such a critical point that players are starting to create mods to get rid of them. Many players on social media are complaining about this. The experience in the main menu has become tiring and very intrusive, and I think you need to do something about it.
