Store & Owned Library

When viewing Sims 4 expansions, packs and kits in the launcher, I should be able to see ALL available and if I am missing any. This does not seem to be the case. Yesterday it was not showing that I owned the new businesses and hobbies, now today it does. 

Yesterday I signed into the store on the website to see if it showed anything different that way, but it did not. However, I did see at least two kits or stuff packs that I am unsure if I own. They do not show when I scroll in the launcher. I should own everything there is to own. Yet sometimes when I get a house from the gallery and place it on a lot, I will get a message that some items were removed because my account is not eligible for them. No list of what the item(s) might be or anything. I wouldn't think this to be accurate because I should own everything, yet I am not convinced that I do because I do not feel confident that the launcher store is showing me everything. With that said, if anyone can direct me on how I can view a list of every expansion, kit, stuff pack available, in a way that it will tell me if I own each one, I would appreciate it. It seems ridiculous that I can't simply select Sims 4 in the store and be shown this. Instead, I have to search Sims 4 and pick it apart and I don't think this is working well.
