High School Years + Spa Day Cross Pack Compatibility

I had a teen sim age up into YA with acne - I don't mind the idea of my sim having acne scars. I think it could be cool though for YA + adult sims to have a skincare routine to take care of it if desired. Since spa day has face masks, I was thinking this would be a good cross-pack feature. I'm not sure if aging up with acne is a bug, I actually like the different skin textures. One sim had difficult acne even with using facial cleanser daily and the other sibling had their acne go away after a couple uses (I personally like the variance and adds a bit more depth to the game). I just think having a way for YA + adults to address acne scars should be included and then spa day could add extra features for skincare/acne management.
