@intensitywire Personally, this wouldn't appeal to me. I'm disabled but do not speak for anyone else with a disability. For me, I play games like The Sims to escape reality. In my opinion, and for me personally, this would make the game too much like reality. There's no politics, no racism, no religion, and no life-altering adverseness in the game without mods.
I understand what you're asking for, but, and this is different for everyone, I personally am perfectly happy without disabilities in the game.

@FluidPanNerd I understand how you feel I don't have a disability but my son do, he have autism and I don't have a issue with seeing something related to people with autism in the game.
