They’ve added hearing-aids to the base game, so why not go deeper into that area of life?
Deaf sims : They aren’t scared by noises, can use ASL
Blind sims : Can use canes or seeing-eye dogs, maybe they don’t like being in new places at first because they don’t know the lay-out
Wheelchair bound sims : Add ramps, height fox stuff for them.
I just think it would add more diversity to sims.
