With the sims 4 being a life sim and it not have parts of lots of people lives in it, I believe that its just not ok to have everyone be perfectly ok and able when that just isn't the case in real life. I would love if a sims is wearing glasses that there would actually be gameplay tied to (this could be a setting in the simology panel) and make its so people can be tied to a wheelchair or can be deaf or blind because this is a part of lots of people's lives and its just not ok to not have this in a game were it should be able to recreate your own life.
