I would love it. Currently I add in CC of most of those things. I love my cane and my joint braces in real life, they give me comfort and freedom. I want to have them when I make myself in Sims 4 because I wouldn't be the same person without them. Besides, I like adding disabled sims to my games because it makes the world feel more welcoming to me if that makes sense. Idk, maybe have it as something people can enable/disable in settings.
