I don't thing this will ever be added to sims. They go for positive things, if they make a funny version of disabilities that will make many people angry. I don't think they could ever do it right. Just look at the paranoid trait. Paranoia is something serious, the game makes it look like a funny thing. So many kids play the game, we don't really need more misinformed people who think disabilities are a joke or something cool.
