I'd really like to see the sims using sims with down syndrome in promotional content and adding some premade character(s) to the game. It'd be a good way to show we can create it and include people with it. I'd also like to see hypertrichosis in the game too.
I wonder if we could ever have dwarfism in the game too, at leats the proporcionate dwarfism.
