I don't know why my post made so many people emotional - the Sims team doesn't even listen to us about game-breaking bugs, but everyone seems to be having a fit that the Sims team will implement my feeble feedback post and destroy everyone's games.
If you were in the old forum then you'd remember some simmers will show up to a Thread that they know doesn't interest them but want to cause a commotion to get the thread shut down. It happened to me constantly with the Preteen Lifestage threads in the forum and now some simmers want the preteen Lifestage.
So long story short when asking for a new life stage or in this case altering a life stage some simmers will try to shut us up but it's okay for them to ask for certain things in the game.
Also look for other threads in here that says new Life Stage you'll see the same simmers knowing they're not interested in the thread but yet they comment.
Lastly don't let it get to you at the end of the day its just an idea for more in the game and I think it's a good one.

i know how it feels like if people are like "why are you playing this game?" like it's a terrible idea i have in mind
sure you can disagree with it but all the dramas isn't necessary, they'll destroy it for us who enjoys the game like why wasting on things if you can play other games or play with earlier sims versions?
i've always wanted preteen in The Sims 4 not gonna lie
i'm mostly open-minded with pack ideas (not always but most of the times yes but unlike most people i have manners if i disagree with it and if people are rude over it i try to cool myself down so i'll come back later or i simply ignore it...especially on this site because i don't want to start an argument and get my anger get the best of me and if it bothers me that much i'll report it instead)
it's okay to change your mind about things but talking people down like that isn't the way, not even for me
(i do see the opposite around people are like "yeah i want this in the game" but suddenly are like "no not interested i have mods for that" it's okay not to be aware of it but non-pc and non-mac gameplayer also exist and if they still try to talk others down, i'll get pissed over it and i'll go in angry mode but if i do that here, it will break the rules so i won't do that here, i report it if it bothers me so much instead)
it's nothing new people can be so rude and even get angry over it but i never saw something people are close minded, talk others down but suddenly are like "oh i want this in the game" (i admit it's still annoying if people talk us down like our ideas don't count but then suddenly they likes the idea of certain pack)
