Supplement the Build Buy drop down

I wish there was pictures of the drop down menu (just like TS3) as a supplement to the curtain drop down menu that is today. 

I also miss the drop down version of the "build the house" part of BB (windows/doors/plants etc.) but I realise that might be harder.

If anyone knows a mod that makes the BB more like TS3 I'd love to know! I know about the BBB mod already 😊
