Teens can flirt but unflirty trait isnt available for teens

It bothered me that my servo'ed sim is autonomously flirting. He is a teen and he is already numb (custom trait) to most emotions. The wiki says the unflirty trait is available to teens which makes sense since they can flirt. What makes no sense is there is no way to add the trait to a teen. I have mods to add traits and this one just isnt available for teens.

This isnt the only trait which doesnt work on teens despite the wiki saying its available for teens.
