Testers for new update to prevent breaks?
Was there no way to identify this issue would happen? I may be wrong but I feel like if playtesters were used to test out updates before theyre fully released we wouldnt have issues like this happen ...

What exactly did they fix? The game was just fine before they brought out the market place. Honestly what a way to lose players. I have spent so much time and money on this game if they really wanted us to buy mods why not make the mods we use available to buy so we don’t keep loosing them? Every single update we lose our mods.
Why wouldn’t they test the new update out before they released it? Better yet when the second update came out that did absolutely nothing they should have gotten rid of the market place. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go back to sims. They definitely have ruined it and it’s not even worth trying to fix.
These days game designers consider the players the best testers for bugs. When the Sims first came out they tested and tested before release, now they have to release the game by a certain date so they don't lose players interests. This is the reason Items are scraped and not fully coded.
As annoying as it is.
