Testers?
Was there no way to identify this issue would happen? I may be wrong but I feel like if playtesters were used to test out updates before theyre fully released we wouldnt have issues like this happen ...

I really feel like they purposely did this so everyone would have to pay for cc JUST to play the game. There's no other reason for ALL mods to break during the one update where they added mods to a paywall. They know what they are doing, and let's see how long this 'bug fix' will take in order for people to play with their favorite mods just to make the game enjoyable. This is crazy, like insane. Rant over..
It's not even just about CC.... it's the fact that the game actually just completely broke. Like I can't control my sims, enable cheats, or load some of my builds....
And with over 1000+ CC downloaded, it completely destroyed my mod file and over half of them just straight up disappeared. I even went through with removing my mod folder and manually looking to troubleshoot. This is EA is genuinely just looking to cash grab and it's humiliating as a player.... I want a refund for my packs at this point because what in the world.
