Thank you to our forum Heroes, Managers and The Sims Team as whole

As a Simmer I know I want it all and I want it now, even when there are no answers and I feel the answers/fixes should be coming faster than they do. I can't exactly apologize for that, but having worked in customer service for as long as I have, I do understand the frustrations on your end. Trying to get more information, get complaints grouped appropriately, taking in the endless whining and complaining (I know I'm guilty of it), and everything else. 

I just read the upcoming laundry list and suddenly felt terribly guilty for the incredibly heavy weight of The Sims world that is on your shoulders. I also hope that all of you understand how important you are to this monster we call The Sims and realize how groundbreaking it was, is and probably will always be.

We Simmers have a passion for our sims that has not faded or faltered with time. Many of us were very young when the game came out and now we are nearing our end years and so waiting a year or two, or five or ten for game issues to be understood or fixed is increasingly more frustrating. With that said, as much as I gripe and complain, I am still very thankful for The Sims Team and truly do appreciate everything that goes into doing what you do, especially the repetitiveness of game issues and dealing with Simmers.

So I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! 😍
