Yes! Too many complaints, not enough thanks. I posted my first bug issue recently and the response from crinrict was immediate. It made me feel heard.
If I'm not mistaken--and please, anyone, feel free to fact-check me here--Crinrict is not employed by EA. She is an independent volunteer, a player helping fellow players, although EA does give her all Sims packs for free via the EA Creator Network.
I have no idea but I really appreciate all that Crinrict does! 💗 As a reminder they also have a Sims 4 Help Blog they keep updated :)
