@MaggyFLisI think unfortunately the Sims 4 is probably too far along it's life cycle to add it to another platform now (I'd have loved to see it on Switch personally), but ideas and feedback for Sims 5 are already being taken here:

So it might be worth adding your suggestion on that board too. Since Sims 5 is still in the development stages.
