Tired of paying to play test games :P

I realize it is now "industry standard" to PAY (buy) to play test games. Meaning, developers release games or expansions and let the players report issues and bugs, aka to be free play testers and we pay for the privilege. Games/xpacs  should freaking work out of the box. I shouldn't have to come to some forum to find out if it's an Everyone who buys the game/xpac or not. Even when I know it's likely the developer's issue because, yeah, it's "industry standard" for players to play test games/xpacs when it should be done in-house BEFORE it is released. 

Not an  EA only issue for sure but here I am adding my voice to the numerous others that Lovestruck has not downloaded properly. The world doesn't exist at all and I haven't been able to access CAS to see what items may or may not be from Lovestruck. I haven't even dared to attempt a new build.
