Tone Down Celebrity Appearances

Celeberities appear too frequently in the game. I see them everywhere. Their appearance needs to be toned down so that seeing them seems like a special occurrence. I see 3+ star celebrities' way too often, especially Judith Ward.

• They appear walking down the street in my rundown neighborhood
• They come to my door as a visitor when I don't know them
• They appear working weird jobs
• They appear as patients at the hospital
• They show up to my retail store daily even though I can't interact with them
• They appear in service roles that don't make sense
• They appear at average places outside of Del Sol Valley like the library, gym, park, etc.

I would like to see them a lot less so that when I see them, the experience is special. My Sim excitement needs to be genuine when I have my Sim interact with the celebrity. The celebrity Sims appear at the same rate as normal Sims. I don't even send my Sim to celebrity events because my Sim sees the celebrities all the time.
