Trouble with royalty and legacy

Idk if its only a few people or a widespread thing but i cant complete the new aspiration bc theres no way to find out who the information broker is so i did a bit of googling and theres absolutely nothing I could find. Is this a me thing and if not could the sims team pls fix it?
