I miss a way to turn on or off promotions so you can choose how far your sims will come in career. If you do not want them to reach the top of their career or only to level 3 or 5. Also for children and teens that you can turn off/on promotions so they can stay in the grade you wish for them and your stories.

We need a return to high school button/ cheat if they get expelled too.
or turn off ability to get expelled.
After knowing we could have this with the Noble Career; I want it for all careers!
Omg yeah! This is really stressing when I'm trying to recreate characters and they're supposed to stay in a certain level of the career because that's the role they fulfil on their stories, but we can't keep it unless they're really bad at it (which prevents promotions).
