Two things I like to have for hobbies & businesses if not too late.

Residential part: I would really like if the residential section could be split into residential rental options, think it would be nice for high buildings to have two rental units on top a store for instance.

Running businesses: I would really like if it could have something like residential rental issues system, something where problems could arise like power or leakage that you need to address that can break up just repeating same work routine a bit.

I don't know at this point in if something like this is really time consuming to add in at this point, but I think would be really nice to have personally.
