What happens when the bug occurs? serum option on the synthesize menu is grayed out
What do you expect to see? the option available
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
You can see that the "Mushroom" text is grayed out as if ingredients are missing. You can see in the right bottom corner that there are 5 morel mushrooms in inventory.
