Unable to turn off a fire in another house
Today my sim was at another sim's house, but hadn't entered yet. Something inside caucht on fire. I couldn't extinguish it or call the fire department because I couldn't reach the fire, and I couldn't enter the house because there was no [knock on door] option, because there was a fire. I couldn't use my phone, because there was a fire. I couldn't leave, because there was a fire. I had to wait until the fire got big enough to reach the outside of the house so I could reach it and call the fire department. (And then needed a whole (sim) day to fix the sims' needs.)
Like jf you're gonna make me unable to do anything or go anywhere, at least let me get to the fire.
Maybe add a kick door open option when there's a fire on the lot? Or an emergency option on the phone, so your sims can call the fire department when there's a fire without standing directly in front of it.
