A more significant pregnancy would be great.
Personally I don't think Newborns need to do much more than cry, poop and eat, since that's all they do anyway, but infants and toddlers could definitely use some work, like the stroller and a tricycle - using a stroller would delay walking skills but you get places faster.

I really don't want to see the animation of a baby coming out of a sims cha cha...but I guess a lot of simmers do.🙄😑

For the realistic components some simmers want, there should likely be a "new type" of Sims game, really. Basically a version that is for "Mature Audiences" who want to leave the wacky elements behind and go into a life simulation that doesn't have unlikely surprises and censoring.Project Rene or a Sims 4 sister game to it...
