Update and fix textures on Base Game Hairs

I know there were a few hairs that got a face lift since they were pretty bad (the afro textured hairstyles with the braids and the clown/bob ross hairstyle?) But a lot of the base game hairs could definitely use a face lift in having better meshes and textures.

That one top bun is pretty atrocious. (You know the one). Along with that melty looking hair and the one on Nina Caliente. Sims Team definitely got way better of the years in terms of quality with meshes and textures, so I think base game definitely needs some love back in CAS. (Some clothing could use it as well too.)

Mentioned this lonnnnnnng ago and hopefully it can be addressed at some time much like how they finally made sliders for makeup.
