My thing is I don't like livable worlds portion I'm sorry that's not a vacation to me, personally a vacation is you are taking a break from your normal every day routine like I don't want my Sims seeing the same Townie Sims in their home town that's why I liked Sims 3 World Adventure but Especially Sims 2 Bon Voyage. Also they had Hotels I would hotels but (I don't want hotels just to be stuck with vacation location I would want to build hotels or motels anywhere. ) I want my Sims to relaxed and refreshed like they did in Sims Bon Voyage you didn't just have adventure your Sims had the opportunity to relax in the hotel, relax by the pool, room service, explore the surroundings, buy souvenirs and outfits. Talk to the natives. Also I just thought of it if you build a hotel what if townies from the vacation lot come and have a vacation at your home world. Also we have so many worlds like I just want an actual vacation world like Bon Voyage.
I would be fine with non liveable worlds to vacation in. I agree I do like the townies being unique to the world. Alot of people complain about the non livable worlds though.
I want hotels but I would want them in a different pack.
