[W] No base layers for werewolves

I feel that if werewolves  have leggings, then they should also get base layers  
create a sim

Could you please provide the following information

  • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
  • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.

I will check with a CM if this is design or not.
