Yeah, it has been a thing for a long time now. I never wrote anything since I did not think it was a bug, but would love for it to be changed. Like they changed the amount of time it takes to drink coffee/tea and eat, would be great to reduce the walking time. Also if you promp your dog to do business during a walk, the Sim and the dog often get stuck unless you reset the actions.
