What would you change/tweak in Sims 4?

High School Years I would have the classrooms run like the classes and lectures like in B&H same thing with DU. Also I would like a rabbit hole football games like in DU with the soccer game. Prom won't be every weekend that's so excessive. Detention will be cross play with parenthood and a teen gets grounded.
Sick Sims going to the hospital like with this Apothecary that's coming up and have a note from the doctor so no work or school.
I would love being able to go to the hospital when sick! All the animations are there, it would be easy to add to gameplay. Or perhaps as an elder you could go too, for a physical check up and you could get a pop up telling you either that you are in good health or what you need (lose weight, exercise more, eat healthier, get glasses, get a hearing aid...).
And for people who are sick to be able to call school/work in and be sick (not just "sick"). I would also love it if parents were notified when kids skipped school or got detention, rather than the kid being the one being called up.
