When you rebirth a sim the sim disappears from existence

I had a beloved sim that died and if that couldnt get any worse i realised she was nowhere to be seen in any of their children's relationships.  I found out via the web that they arent recoverable ...

On a second thought i dont think its a bug but i still think it should be here because it was coded this way and i believe they need to change it so you can have funerals
