Where are the game packs I purchased?
I paid for the expansion pack of Horse Ranch and the addon Realms of Magic but didn't get the downloads. Where and who do I complain to?

Hey cindy58,
If you just bought them but they aren't downloading for you, could you try clearing the EA app cache? Sometimes there are corrupt or damaged files in there that can cause issues like this.
