Why are stalls not auto manned on public lots?

I know this issue has been mentioned in several places and forums already but I am mentioning it again. Come EA this needs addressing. Why should I need to pay 100 simoleons to then also have to pay ...

@xochiquetzl_xkvn Hey there, I'm on console and I don't use cheats for the Sims by choice. I agree the money side is really easy.
It's just frustrating that I can't travel to some festivals without CTH and then when I place stalls in other worlds there are no staff, often after I've paid the fee as well.
I'm on a Sims break right now in frustration at all of the bugs. I keep checking in on here to see if things have improved and this thread caught my eye.

@simsplayer818  Yeah, I'm on PC and have my own rules about cheats. Namely:

  1. If it's a bug, I can cheat.
  2. I do allow some world-setting-up type things that I have to have a Sim do and cannot do myself (paying for a vendor would fall into this category, although if the family was rich I'd probably just have them do it.)

I don't do a lot of cheats for other things unless I'm setting up a storytelling scenario (the girlfriend's rich parents that I don't intend to play, etc.) because it's just more fun not to, but I know console players are heavily penalized for it in a way PC/Mac players aren't. ☹️
